“In 2007, 7 institutional views were asked for the zoning plan. For zoning approval; opinions, property permissions (forest, pasture, etc.) are required. For a project with 50 MW and 14 turbines, views, approval and permission are obtained from more than 50 units from 14 different institutions.”
